SB900 Call to Action
SB900, which when passed and enacted, will provide an exemption from AB5 for licensed manufactured housing salespersons on essentially the same guidelines as provided for real estate agents.
This Bill will allow qualified licensed manufactured housing salespersons to work as independent contractors.
SB900’s First Committee hearing is set for May 14,2020.
