CMHI has joined a coalition of associations working on proposed amendments to the Homeowner, Tenant, and Consumer Relief law of 2020 (see Special Bulletin 2020-10)
The attached amendments mock-up deals primarily with the sections covering real property mortgage loans on 1-4 residential properties.
Additional, proposed amendments to the multi-family and vehicle sections (which include manufactured and mobile homes) are forthcoming.
