Special Bulletin
On August 31, 2020 the Senate passed and the Governor signed AB 3088. This Act is an urgency statute and as such became effective upon the Governor’s signature.
Attached is a synopsis of the Act prepared by the California Apartment Association and a News Release from the Governor’s office.
