Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

Title 25 – Mobilehome Parks, Special Occupancy Parks and Manufactured Housing

Pursuant to HCD’s “Notice of Proposed Rulemaking”, HCD intends to adopt, amend or repeal specified sections of the California Code of Regulations (CCR), title 25. The specific sections affected are listed on page 3 of the notice. It is suggested that you pay attention to the exact language of these proposed regulations. The deadline for submitting written comments is December 17, 2012 at 5:00pm.
