At Long Last….Success!
On September 22, 2024 Governor Newsom approved CMHI sponsored AB 2387-Pellerin which eases the process and reduces the cost for adding specified additional lots to existing M/Home parks.
A special thank you to Assembly Member Pellerin who authored and shepherded CMHI’s Bill through the legislative process.
Additionally, I would like to thank Ron Javor for his guidance, over three years ago when we began this process and to John Moffatt and Geoff Neill at Nielsen, Merksamer, Parrinelio Gross & Leoni who kept me calm during the process!
