Special Bulletin 2025-06 Veterans Down Payment Assistance

Since its inception, the CMHI Foundation and participating CMHI member retailers have provided nearly $200,000.00 in homeownership assistance to qualified veterans.

During its Annual Meeting the Foundation Board of Directors, by unanimous, voted to continue the program for fiscal 2025/2026 at the 2024/2025 funding level. The current fund balance is $10,000.00
