Special Bulletin 2025 – 07 Riverside County Grant Program

The Riverside County Manufactured Housing Rehabilitation (MHR) program provides grants up to $50,000 to assist in the rehabilitation of aged homes including upgrades for safety and energy efficiency. For qualified applicants the funds may be used to assist in home replacement.

The program is administered by the Riverside County Housing and Workforce Solutions Department. Application information is available at rivcohws.org
