Special Bulletin 2026-04 San Joaquin LoNox Furnace Mitigation Fee

On March 19,2026 the San Joaquin Air Pollution District by unanimous vote extending the in lieu mitigation fee for LoNox Furnaces to September 30, 2030. This extension mirrors the action taken by the South Coast Air Quality Management District on January 9, 2026, and detailed in Special Bulletin 2026-03
