Special Bulletin 2026-05 Veterans Down Payment Assistance

Since its inception the CMHI Foundation and participating CMHI member retailers have provided nearly $200,000.00 in homeownership assistance to qualified veterans.

During its Annual Meeting the Foundation Board of Directors, by unanimous, voted to continue the program for fiscal 2026-2027 at the 2025-2026 funding level. the current fund balance is $10,000.00.
