(90-Day Re-adoption)

Registration and Titling Program — AB 587 Fee and Tax Waiver Program
Notice is hereby given that the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), proposes to READOPT for an additional 90-day period the emergency regulations affecting the creation and implementation of procedures for a fee and tax waiver program of manufactured home or mobilehome that are not properly registered with HCD’s Registration and Titling Program.
The proposed emergency regulations will be filed with the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) at least five (5) days after issuance of this Notice. Upon filing, OAL will have ten (10) calendar days within which to review and make a decision to accept as an emergency rule. Upon OAL posting this Notice on their website, OAL shall allow interested persons five (5) calendar days to submit comments on the proposed emergency regulations. Comments should be submitted to OAL and HCD. If approved, OAL will file the regulations with the Secretary of State, and the emergency regulations become effective immediately for ninety (90) days.
