Special Bulletin
Beginning for the calendar year 2023, in lieu of selecting a single Retailer of the Year, CMHI will recognize and honor the top ten CMHI member retailers based on new home sales as reported as HCD registrations. CMHI will post the results monthly by Special Bulletin and bi-monthly in Manufacts based on the data published in the Sawtooth Research Group monthly report no other criteria will be used to determine results.
The top performers will be recognized at all board. And chapter meetings and at CMHI’s Holiday meeting and the Jack E. Wells Memorial Banquet.
The top ten will receive a plaque with annual appliques and special recognition at CMHI’s Annual Meeting.
If we can obtain a reliable method for tracking resales we will do so and recognize our top ten CMHI member resale retailers.
